Village Pictures from the 1970s

 

We thought it would be good to share these photos from the village archive with everyone, so we hope you enjoy looking through them.

The pictures were taken in 1977 (Silver Jubilee year) by William Lowe, who lived in Fishponds Lane, at the suggestion of Marion Leeson. He used a Pentax KX with a 50mm lens and, apparently, developed the film & printed the pictures himself.
