Footpaths

Suffolk County Council are responsible for maintaining public rights of way including footpaths. For more information visit the website 

Babergh District Council's Rights of Way Officer can advise on changes to footpaths, for more information click here.

Holbrook Parish Council supports a local group of volunteers called the P3 Group  who help to maintain local footpaths for the benefit of walkers.

Natural England has started work on the England Coast Path which will eventually allow people to walk around the whole English coast.

They are now looking to propose a route around the Stour Estuary, linking Harwich, Manningtree and Shotley Gate.
