Holbrook Parish Council has written and adopted an emergency plan which provides a framework for response in the event of an emergency situation like flooding, extended power cuts and so on.
The plan is reviewed and updated annually and a copy can be found HERE.
If you have any specialist skills or equipment (4x4 vehicles, chainsaw operatives, mobile catering etc) which may be of use to the community in the event of an extreme situation, please contact the Clerk.
