The Parish Council has a number of powers which allows it to award grants to local organisations and individuals. Such grants must meet published criteria and applications are not guaranteed to be successful.
The Parish Council has in the past supported local clubs and societies, the Primary School and the Academy, and others who contribute to the local community.
Applications should be made in writing to the Clerk (email is acceptable) by the end of the 3rd week in November each year. This allows grants to be considered in time for the budget setting process for the following financial year.
